2- Academic Discounts

Academic discounts are extended as a professional courtesy to departments of universities and colleges whose primary purpose is classroom education. Research institutions and government organizations affiliated with universities generally do not qualify for the academic discount.

Clients who DO qualify for the academic discount typically:

  • belong to an academic department of a university or college the department's primary purpose is classroom education, not research.
  • the department offers formal courses under its own name.
  • the department offers undergraduate major(s) and/or graduate degree(s) and recruits students for these purposes.
  • the department has appointed faculty members.

Among those who DO NOT qualify:

  • non-profit or tax exempt government organizations and research institutions that are affiliated with universities.
  • museums, geological surveys, bureaus of mines.
  • agencies or institutes that employ students or offer ancillary services to academic departments.

3- Return Policy

  • Returning BorjTek Products

    BorjTek products may be returned under the following terms: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase from BorjTek. Products purchased from sources other than BorjTek (for example: local retailer/reseller, mail order, internet electronic reseller and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies.

  • Product Return Guidelines

    All returns to BorjTek must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number). Packages sent to BorjTek without an RMA number will not be processed and no credit will be issued. Returned product must include all related media and manuals. The software must be uninstalled from your computer and any storage devices, and you must delete any backup copies.

  • Activated Products

    Terms above are only for the products purchased and not activated. The activated product by phone, email or by server are final puchase and NO REFUND ARE MADE.

4 - Security Policy

When processing credit card purchases over the Internet, BorjTek Online Store uses PayPal as third party to complete transactions. The third party check your credit card information with the appropriate financial institution before processing your purchase. BorjTek after receiving confirmation from the third party of the validity of the transaction issues the appropriate licenses to the products ordered. In any case BorjTek does not have access to your financial information provided to the third party.

5 - Product EULA

All BorjTek products include an End User License Agreement (EULA) which must be accepted by the user.
